These terms of use govern social media sites managed by CharterWest Bank. By accessing our sites, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and any other applicable policies, terms and guidelines established by CharterWest Bank and those of any third parties that host our sites (such as Facebook or LinkedIn). If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use or access our sites. Your accessing of our sites in no way shall be deemed to create an agency or employee-employer relationship of any kind between you and CharterWest Bank, nor do these terms extend rights to any third party.
Access to CharterWest Bank’s social media sites may be terminated if a user uploads or otherwise makes directly accessible content which infringes on any other party’s copyrights, is considered offensive, off topic, spam, to be a personal attack, threatening, derogatory, non-constructive, political or religious in nature. This includes but is not limited to text, links, photos, videos, and images. The content will be removed upon discovery and users will be warned. CharterWest may terminate/block repeat offenders access to CharterWest’s social media sites.
No confidential, personal, or banking information should be shared on user-generated content/social media sites, and will be removed immediately upon discovery.
CharterWest may post photographs or videos taken at bank-sponsored and/or local events to CharterWest social media sites. CharterWest will not tag individuals in photos / videos without permission.
To request a photo / video be removed from any CharterWest social media site, please download and complete the form below. Send the completed form to media@charterwest.com or bring it to your local CharterWest location. Furthermore, email is not a secure method of communication and should not be used to provide personal, non-public information.
The materials on CharterWest’s media sites are provided “as is.” CharterWest Bank makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, CharterWest does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its sites or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to these sites. The information and content provided on our sites are intended for informational purposes.
