CharterWest Bank is immediately seeking to fill a Full-Time Bilingual Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant position located in Norfolk, NE.
Job Summary:
The Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) position will be responsible for assisting loans officers and being a receptionist.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist mortgage loan officer with loan files and related documentation.
- Greeting customers when entering
- Answer customer phone calls and assist with follow-ups.
- Comply with bank policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Competence with computers, telephone systems, 10-key calculator and other office equipment.
- The ability to work effectively as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
- Careful attention to detail and time management.
Required Education:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
